i love piyo...but boy am i sore! i am so thankful for the body the Lord has blessed me with. as unhappy as i can be with my appearance &etc...i can still feel; dance; stretch; strengthen...thank you Lord for creating me with all working parts!

i was so encouraged by peter. he had been meditating on scripture all day &therefore he was overflowing with the joy of his salvation &it was contagious. it is such a blessing to love a God-fearing &worshiping man!
thursday. february 3, 2011:
what a joy it is to spend time with my nephews! we made dino-nuggets [which gavin thinks are the funniest things--ever]; we baked cookies; we took a bath &even brushed teeth; but my favorite of all...we snuggled!
